IF SHIPPING TO A HOUSE:

As a default, our parcels require a SIGNATURE upon delivery. If you are not home, the delivery company will try again the following day. In case that doesn’t succeed, you will need to pick it up at the nearest depot provided by the carrier.

For convenience, you may request shipping with NO SIGNATURE at the checkout process. However, we consider your tracking status “Delivered” as proof of delivery, whether you actually received your package or not. There will be NO REFUNDS–we are not responsible for any packages that go missing.

If you know you won’t be home to receive your package or if your neighborhood has parcel theft problems, we suggest you get:

Canada Post – Flex Address. Your package will ship to your Flex Address at the nearest Post Office.
Purolator – Hold for Pick Up. Your package will ship to the nearest Purolator depot.
IF SHIPPING TO AN APARTMENT OR CONDO:

By default, our packages require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend that your concierge sign off on your package. In case there is no concierge, you will need to share with us your buzzer code. If you are not home, they will try the following day. If this also doesn’t succeed, you’ll need to pick it up at the nearest pick-up depot.

You can also have it shipped to the closest shipping office and held for pick-up.

IF SHIPPING TO A PO BOX, community mailbox or FLEX ADDRESS:

Your package will be sent via Canada Post as they are the only postal carriers that have access to PO Boxes, community mailboxes and Flex Address boxes.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

When our team packs your order, you will receive a tracking number from us by email. If you didn’t get your tracking number, please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at Live Chat or by email at highgradeaid (at) gmail (dot) com.

Purolator – There may be a few days delay due to the pandemic. Purolator will release packages with verbal consent. If you need a package for the weekend, we recommend that you order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If for any reason the products you have purchased from us are damaged, defective or incorrect, please provide a video to show the product is not working. Include in your video your order number, e.g. a handwritten note of the order number next to the product) and contact us within seven days of receipt of delivery to resolve this problem. Please do not continue to consume the product as we may request you to return the product to us for our review. No refunds/exchange for product if it was damaged or compromised due to customer taking it apart. Resolutions may include store credit, reward points, or reshipment. We want to make it right for you!

If a product has arrived “dead on arrival” (DOA) or has a broken seal you have 48 hours upon receiving the package to notify us. Again, please document via video to provide for our review.

MISSING PRODUCT

If you are missing any product, please provide the video as proof that the product was missing at the time of unboxing (video of the complete unboxing from opening the package to taking out each item and checking them), within 48 hours of receipt. Without the unboxing video, we cannot provide any resolution.

If you are short flowers (or mushrooms, concentrates, etc), please video or photograph the UNOPENED product on your scale so we can see how much you are short. We strive to minimize errors during order fulfillment but sometimes mistakes happen. We will either provide you with a refund via store credit coupon for the missing portion or ship you the missing portion if we still have it in stock.

TO DETERMINE WHAT THE WEIGHT OF YOUR FLOWERS/MUSHROOMS

1) Make sure your scale is calibrated for accuracy. To check, weigh a Loonie—it should be 6.27g.

2) Weigh your flowers/mushrooms in their original unopened package. Refer to the table below for reference on how much the packaging bag and boveda if any weighs. For example, 1 oz of flower in the packaging is 28g + 7.4g = 35.4g. If your flower package is less than 35.4g, please contact us for a speedy resolution.

UNWANTED PRODUCT

If you received the right product (you ordered it and got what you ordered) but decided that you no longer want it – unfortunately we do not accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

  1.  After shipping and handling by the end-user, the product quality is already compromised.
  2.  Due to the nature of the products, returning products (if they are not properly vacuum-sealed to eliminate cannabis smell) is very risky and subject to parcel seizures.

    I ordered couple of times BC vapes honey oil and I’m always satisfied.
    Play with the voltage of your vape pens, some oil need lower voltage to have an optimal taste, Never go too high, otherwise it tastes like your licking the dirts inside your oven. I’m normally trying to vapes at around 2,6 to 3,2 volts. At this time of the year, the oil might be a lil bit stiff because of the cold weather. If I’m at home I use an hair dryer 30 seconds to warm up the oil before vaping. When I”m not home, I keep the cartridge in my hand for 5 minutes and it does the job. When the oil is too cold you dont have the optimal taste and you will burn cartridge.

    I just got the Yocan Uni and picked up one of these carts and it delivers in strength and taste hugely! Beautiful honey oil taste with a touch of the tuna kush present and very clean. Immediately stoned after only 2 or 3 pulls on this thing. The effects last a while too. Good product at a fair price for a full 1.1g of oil.

    Skunk No. 1:
    This is another great cultivar! It’s skunky, just as its name suggests, although not the skunkiest, surprisingly (I think Tuna Kush, Juicy Fruit and Chernobyl tie in first place for skunky flavour. This cart comes in a very close second place in that area. It is awesome! It reminds me of the old-school strains that my friends and I used to enjoy. The boiling point was pretty good, although this one definitely benefits from a preheat chamber or cycle (being summertime now, that might not be the case, that’s how close the boiling point was to being perfect without a pre-heat chamber, like some of the other carts.

    I actually still have a couple of draws left of it for safe keeping haha! – 5/5

    – A note to the folks at HGA, I think it would be wise to offer some kind of pre-heating battery, they really aren’t easy to come by here in Canada. I’ve been using the Slim Heat chamber, and it’s the only one I’ve found so far. I wish there were more options though, it’s not a well built device, but it’s the only device.

    Quantum Kush:
    This bad boy was a lights-out kind of strain for me lol! The taste is a mixture of a skunky, Kush-like aroma blended with a very perfumed / floral type of aroma, there’s a tiny bit of cheesy flavour in there too. It’s a pretty intense aroma altogether, medicinal in nature, with a bit of a throat hit. As for the effects… It’s hard to comment on the effects when you’re not awake to witness them hahaha! – 5/5 for those who want to sleep. The flavour is not its strong suit, but that’s secondary to the overall quality anyways.

    Note: The cart was problematic on this one. I was never able to finish it, so overall I give it a 2/5, due to cart failure. Even with my pre-heat mods I own it still didn’t really wick. Probably a mechanical issue and not a boiling point issue.

    Mango Kush:
    Alright, so this one is a bit crazy! It really does have a bit of mango flavour, which really surprised me. I always heard people describe strains with fruit like flavours, and until the Mango Kush, I honestly didn’t entirely get it. Since then, funnily enough I’ve ventured into the world of shatter and live resin, where that fruity flavour is completely common. That leads me to the conclusion, that this Mango Kush basically tastes like skunky, earthy, rich Kush, blended with live resin or shatter. Pretty wild! – It does have a bit more bite than some of the others I’ve reviewed. – 5/5

    Purple Sour Diesel:
    A bit more of a scratchy throat hit then the others I’ve reviewed, but that’s by no means that bad! Just a bit more acidic. It’s skunky, earthy and like I mentioned above, it bites back a little bit haha! I love it! It has an almost coffee like richness too it, I think that comes with that acidic territory. Like I said, not necessarily a bad thing! – 4/5

    I got the Mango Kush and Purple sour diesel. Both have very good taste. I’ll say that, like distillate, the honey oil will definitely have its base taste and the different strains will have minor subtleties which will separate them. The Mango definitely had a little sweetness to it while the Psd really had a little gas/diesel taste to it. The taste lingers and is quite delicious. After a couple a hits you can really feel it kick in so the potency is certainly there. I usually have my distillate for day time while working and then after work I’ll enjoy my flower, but I think the honey oil will replace my distillate for day time/convenience usage. Really beautiful oil and some tasty stuff too. Top notch service frOM HGA as usual!
