As a default, our parcels require a SIGNATURE upon delivery. If you are not home, the delivery company will try again the following day. In case that doesn’t succeed, you will need to pick it up at the nearest depot provided by the carrier.

For convenience, you may request shipping with NO SIGNATURE at the checkout process. However, we consider your tracking status “Delivered” as proof of delivery, whether you actually received your package or not. There will be NO REFUNDS–we are not responsible for any packages that go missing.

If you know you won’t be home to receive your package or if your neighborhood has parcel theft problems, we suggest you get:

You can also have it shipped to the closest shipping office and held for pick-up.

Your package will be sent via Canada Post as they are the only postal carriers that have access to PO Boxes, community mailboxes and Flex Address boxes.

MISSING PRODUCT

If you are missing any product, please provide the video as proof that the product was missing at the time of unboxing (video of the complete unboxing from opening the package to taking out each item and checking them), within 48 hours of receipt. Without the unboxing video, we cannot provide any resolution.

If you are short flowers (or mushrooms, concentrates, etc), please video or photograph the UNOPENED product on your scale so we can see how much you are short.     Buds are on the smaller side though combination of colours and trichome coverage make for a nice bag appeal. Has a very fruity smell – sharp notes of lemon citrus zesty rind, and tropical fruit which I found pleasant to the nose.

    Not too sticky with good cure and moisture level. Taste very citrusy, slight tart, with some notable spiciness on inhale. The burn does tend to get bit raspy but still smokes nicely, staying lit and burning evenly with salt & pepper ash.

    Effects will have you clear headed and focused in no time, yet did feel a slight mental burn out after some hours.

    Dont think it’s worth full asking price, except when on sale at under $180 an oz.

    Dang, I was so stoked for this because of all the hype and reviews but it’s dry as heck, like literal dust. No stickiness, meh smoke and high.
    Probably just the batch but 1/5 or 2/5 star if I’m being nice from me.
    Hopefully a integra boost helps it out over next week.

    I think I prefer Ghost Train Haze.

    Interested to hear what others have to say about this particular batch vs previous… I found the buzz to be pretty much on par with what I’m used to however, was not as sticky or stinky and the flavour was much more woody with less of the citrus and pine I think most of us love.

    This is my first time trying Red Congolese after seeing so many reviews about it on reddit. The nugs are gorgeously covered in trichomes and have tons of orange hairs growing all over it. The smell of the bud reminds me of grapefruit and the taste was somewhat similar too with lots of citrus terps. The buds did have some minor leaves, but it was not a huge deal. The ash was salt and pepper and the smoke was pretty smooth. Red congo is a great daytime sativa strain that left me without a burnout like most other strains. I would always keep this strain in my rotation if it were not for the high price tag. The package came discreet and smell proof.
    Overall, I would rate my experience with HGA: Bag appeal: 9/10
    Value: 8/10
    Taste: 8/10
    Potency: 9/10

    Wow. What can I say that hasn’t already been said before about this strain. Nose right off the bat is like a gassy pine that is both shocking and alluring as you go back for a second and third sniff.

    Nugs were a little on the crispy side not dry but definitely could benefit from being in a air tight container with a boveda.

    As soon as you crack open the nug to grind it you’re greeted by more intense aromas.

    Burns smoothly to a nice clean ash

    Very euphoric high perfect before any event definitely recommended to anybody wanting to keep a clear mind while having that extra pep in your step

    Simply wow. You wanna talk about quads? This strain has bag appeal, its sticky icky, its super crystal coated, scent wise what a sharp smell. This stuff reeks in all the best ways. Above all else compared to the schwagg I’ve been getting from other moms, I can smoke a couple hits of this and get high af!
