* No Purolator shipping to PO Box, Community mailbox and Flex addresses. They are the property of Canada Post so if your shipping address is one of these, it can only be shipped via Canada Post.

* Order total less points and coupons but before shipping fee.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Signature Required – Ensure the security and delivery of the parcel. Not an option for PO Box, Community mailbox and Flex addresses. If you are not home, the delivery company will try again the following day. In case that doesn’t succeed, you will need to pick it up at the nearest depot provided by the carrier.

No Signature – We consider your tracking status “Delivered” as proof of delivery, whether you actually received your package or not. There will be NO REFUNDS–we are not responsible for any packages that go missing.

Hold for Pick Up – Available only for Purolator shipping. Please put the Purolator Depot location as your shipping address.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

When our team packs your order, you will receive a tracking number from us by email. If you didn’t get your tracking number, please check your spam folder to see if it ended up there.

You can also find your tracking number in your order status in your High Grade Aid My Account>Orders.

As drop offs happen near the end of the business day, please wait until 8 PM EST (5 PM PST) to see updates to your tracking info. If you do not see any movement, please contact Customer Service to follow up.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to any Canadian address that is serviced by Canada Post and Purolator. No international deliveries.


SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME

Same day shipping is 12:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays.

If your payment is time-stamped before 12:00 PM PST, your order will ship out on the same day (unless fulfillment is delayed due to changes to your order or other issues).


SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES

Canada Post Delivery timeframe: As a general guideline, local (we ship out of BC) is 1 – 2 business day, to major centres 1 – 5 business days, and rural locations 3 – 10 business days.

Purolator Delivery timeframe: 1 – 3 business days.


PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE

Resolution depends on the information on your tracking number and how it was shipped (with signature required or no signature required).

NO UPDATE/UNDELIVERABLE – Once Canada Post/Purolator confirms that your order is undeliverable, we will either refund your order via store credit or reship your order if stock is available.

DELIVERED (but you did not receive)

Signature-Required Parcel – If your tracking number shows Delivered, but there is no signature, we will either refund your order via store credit or reship your order if stock is available. If there is a signature, we consider that as proof of delivery, whether you actually received the package or not. No refund.

No Signature Parcel – We consider ‘Delivered’ on your tracking information as proof of delivery, whether you actually received the package or not. No refund.


RESHIPMENT OF RETURNED PARCEL OR DELAYED PARCEL

RETURNED PARCEL

For parcels that were returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or shipment that was not collected by the customer, we can reship it at request. Shipping fee will incur (see SHIPPING FEES).

If the parcel is not reshipped, a refund/store credit/points will be provided for the value of the order less the shipping cost.

DELAYED PARCEL DUE TO PROLONGED DISRUPTION

Reshipment of your order will be determined in a case by case basis.
