We are on top of it! In addition to protecting the health and safety of our staff and customers and increasing frequency of cleaning/sanitation efforts, we are operating Business as Usual so you can continue to enjoy your cannabis. However, there are delivery changes that will impact you.

Delivery Changes during the current health climate:

• Purolator – Available only for orders $250+. Purolator will release packages with verbal consent. All delivery guarantees have been suspended so we may expect slower service as the crisis grows. To ensure that your package arrives quickly and securely, we recommend that you ship Hold for pick up (HFPU) to your nearest Purolator Depot. This is the quickest and safest way for your order to arrive. If you need a package for the weekend, we recommend that you order on Tuesday or Wednesday and use HFPU to ensure a quick delivery.
• Canada Post – ***UPDATED Apr 24*** is experiencing Christmas-level volumes. Please expect delays with parcel deliveries. All orders will now be delivered via Canada Post Express without signature (they will be dropped off at your house or sent to the nearest postal outlet). Signature requests will not be honoured as Canada Post has implemented temporarily a “Knock, Drop and Go approach”. Please note that we are NOT responsible for lost or missing package if your tracking information shows that it has been successfully delivered. Please review our Refund/Exchange Policy.
